Dear Satish, For last 4 years in a row we have had Udipi cater the food for our annual Gurupurnima celebration in honor of Guruji Pandit Suman-ji Ghosh. The quality of the food has always been exquisite, and perfect for our festive celebration, and the quantity always ample for our needs. Your malai koftas are the best out of all I have eaten anywhere so far. Parathas were a new addition this time. I must admit I was a little skeptical on that front, but I am happy to report that all the guests enjoyed the parathas. You have enormous respect for our Guruji and his music, the vibrations of which can be felt in my dealings with you from start to finish. Your staff is very courteous as well. Thank you for the lovely arrangements for lunch on Saturday for the Samskriti program. The wraps were a great success, only to be outdone by the salad. The food was enjoyed by all - and given the inclement weather, it was so much easier to manage the self contained packages!
Kudo's to your staff also - the lights went out after they had brought the first load in and the two young ladies had to bring the coolers up the stairs as the elevators had stopped working. They were very pleasant to work with and pitched in where-ever needed. Please pass along our appreciation and thanks to them.
Once again, great job - and don't be surprised it others come and ask you for the wraps.
